Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage the full sales administration process for a team of Business Development Managers. The role will act as the linchpin of the sales division, ensuring all sales documentation, CRM data, bids and quotations are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to 5 Business Development Managers and the CEO.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, manage diaries and coordinate operational tasks.
• Administer the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
• Oversee the preparation of bids, quotations and other sales documentation.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team, senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales administration or coordination, supporting a team.
• Confident communicator able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Outgoing, commercially aware and motivated to build a long‑term career.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
