Sales Co‑Ordinator

About the role

Our client, a leading damp‑proofing specialist in the South East, is seeking a motivated Sales Co‑Ordinator to support the sales function from their Hammersmith office. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule surveys and ensure smooth hand‑overs between sales and operations to help drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about damp‑survey services.
• Assist the sales team in identifying, qualifying and tracking leads through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate appointments and bookings for surveyors, ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Facilitate smooth hand‑overs from sales to operations for service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within construction or property services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools.
