About the role

This full‑time Sales Coordinator position supports a small, innovative Media & Agency firm in Surbiton. You will provide essential administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents, reports and presentation materials.
• Coordinate sales schedules, appointments and meetings.
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
• Respond to client enquiries, delivering prompt and professional service.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and produce regular updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet client requirements efficiently.
• Handle general office duties such as correspondence and file management.

Required profile
