Sales Coordinator – £30,940 per year, Monday‑Friday

About the role

We are looking for an organised, customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Wimborne, Dorset. You will work Monday to Friday in a friendly environment, supporting customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and online enquiries.
• Provide quotations for products and services.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Update CRM and ordering systems.
• Take customer payments over the phone.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Support the wider commercial team with administration duties.
• Maintain accurate records across company systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or coordination.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use bespoke systems.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.
