Sales & CRM Associate

About the role

The Baby Cot Shop is seeking a warm, organised and confident Sales & CRM Associate to support its boutique in Chelsea and its Harrods concession. You will be the first point of contact for high‑end clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to purchase and after‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, website and in‑store visits.
• Follow up new and existing leads promptly, building relationships and understanding client needs, timelines, preferences and budgets.
• Recommend suitable products, finishes, fabrics and accessories and guide clients through quotations, invoicing, payment and after‑care.
• Support bespoke and made‑to‑order pieces, including custom colours, embroidery and finishes.
• Log all interactions in the CRM system, update lead stages, notes and follow‑up dates, and ensure no client is missed.
• Assist CRM campaigns such as abandoned enquiry follow‑ups, event invitations and new collection launches.
• Develop deep product knowledge of nursery furniture, bedding, décor and customisation options.
• Collaborate with interior design and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Personable, detail‑oriented and confident when communicating with luxury clientele.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• Interest in interior design and high‑end baby furniture.

• Proficiency with a CRM system for logging and tracking client interactions.
