Sales & Customer Service Advisor – Entry Level

About the role

This full‑time, entry‑level position is based in central London and involves representing fundraising brands at pop‑up shops, promotional events and other face‑to‑face settings. You will develop sales and customer‑service skills while working with a supportive, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the public to promote and sell fundraising products at event‑based locations.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Attend product training and ongoing upskilling sessions.
• Represent the client’s brand professionally during all interactions.

Required profile

• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Availability for 4–5 full days per week (Monday‑Saturday).
• Professional manner and strong English communication skills.
• High standards of customer service.
