Sales Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Customer Support Representative to guide customers through the sales process, answer queries, and develop new sales opportunities. You will act as the main point of contact for existing customers, ensuring smooth order handling and identifying upsell possibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter orders and maintain accurate customer records.
• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow‑ups.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, create quotations, and follow up on them.
• Stay informed about product, service, and competitor information to effectively upsell.
• Track orders, investigate delivery delays, and resolve missing‑product or quality issues.
• Process sales, credits, returns, and replacements.
• Perform data entry for sales figures, metrics, and other key data.
• Update customer records with new contact details and interaction notes.
• Escalate complex cases to the Client Director.
• Follow up with customers to inform them of new or improved products.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand customer requirements.
• Proactive attitude for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Detail‑oriented approach to order entry and record keeping.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working with both inbound queries and outbound prospecting.
