Sales Development Representative – Arabic & English (Research Intelligence)

About the role

Join our Academic & Government team as a Sales Development Representative focused on Research Intelligence. You will create new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads in both Arabic and English, directly supporting our Solutions Account Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through high‑volume daily activity across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with identified prospects to maintain engagement and advance opportunities.
• Own the lead generation process by researching assigned targets and delivering tailored value propositions.
• Coordinate with Marketing to track, assess and qualify omnichannel leads.
• Collaborate with Solutions Account Executives to ensure accurate pre‑sales information.
• Schedule qualified demonstrations and meetings, building a strong pipeline.
• Identify key decision‑makers and influencers within target organisations.
• Generate meaningful business opportunities in line with sales guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Experience in sales, customer‑facing roles, lead generation or scientific research (beneficial).
• Strong written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter with excellent organisational and self‑management skills.
• Proven work ethic and track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to grow in an agile environment.
• Effective problem‑solving skills.
