Sales Development Representative – Enterprise SaaS & Fintech

About the role

Join a fast‑growing InsurTech business operating across nine countries, helping companies rethink insurance, wellbeing and employee benefits. We are seeking an ambitious, curious Sales Development Representative to join our commercial team, work closely with experienced Account Executives, build a strong pipeline and develop skills for enterprise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call, email prospecting and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to research prospects and personalize outreach.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Build relationships quickly and nurture warm leads.
• Attend industry events and network to create opportunities.
• Understand prospect buying behaviours and continuously improve prospecting approach.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual meeting targets.
• Develop insurance and wellbeing knowledge with paid study time.

Required profile

• Some B2B sales, SDR, BDR or business development experience, or an ambitious graduate with the right attitude.
• Resilient, competitive and confident on the phone, hungry to learn and motivated by targets.
• Eager to build a career in SaaS sales.
