About the role
Growth Kitchen is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to build its network of kitchen operators across the UK. Based in London, you will combine cold‑calling, virtual meetings and occasional site visits to introduce restaurant brands to existing kitchen facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by contacting and visiting restaurants and kitchen operators.
- Conduct virtual and on‑site meetings to present Growth Kitchen’s concept.
- Lead conversations from initial interest through to closing deals.
- Support the creation of a scalable sales organisation.
- Develop a career in sales through structured training and mentorship.
Required profile
- Graduated between 2023‑2026 from a top‑tier university.
- Relevant work experience through placement, internship or part‑time role.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Passion for the food sector and technology.
- Clear communicator focused on client needs.
