Sales Development Representative – French Market

About the role

Glean is looking for a Sales Development Representative who will work closely with Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities in the French‑speaking market. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, researching target businesses and personas, and engaging prospects to showcase how Glean’s AI‑powered work platform can solve their challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting activities.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net‑new opportunities.
• Research lines of business, target personas, and key decision makers within large enterprises.
• Qualify leads, uncover prospect pain points, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed activity metrics and qualified‑opportunity targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable with high‑volume outreach.
• Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Previous experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify relevant prospects.
