Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in East Malling. Working in a hybrid model (three days in‑office), you will help generate new business opportunities and support senior sales colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs.
• Book high‑quality meetings for senior sales team members.
• Maintain and update prospect information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead‑generation strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms to track and manage leads.

What we offer

• Base salary £27,000 plus on‑target earnings of up to £10,000.
