Sales Development Representative – Hybrid SaaS Role

About the role

Join a fast‑growing SaaS company that helps organisations win public‑sector contracts. As a Sales Development Representative you will work hybrid, spending two days a week in our Bath office and the rest from home, generating qualified meetings for the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to maximise each opportunity.
• Meet regular activity targets such as call time and number of calls made.
• Book demos and meetings that feed the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about SaaS and public‑sector procurement.
• Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs and challenges.
• Evidence of over‑achievement in previous roles or other areas of life.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of £25,000 plus a commission structure that can add £3‑6K per month.
• Quarterly salary increase of £1,000 for consistent target achievement.
