Sales Development Representative

About the role

Talos360 is expanding its sales team and is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join the Warrington office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand recruitment challenges and introducing Talos360’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Engage prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn to qualify leads.
• Book product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers and maintain accurate activity in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and contribute to pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound telesales, lead generation or business development.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building new relationships.
• Motivated by targets, commission and clear career progression.
• Organised, resilient and driven to achieve KPIs.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary up to £28,000 (DOE) with uncapped commission.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000+ in Year 1 and £50,000+ in Year 2.
