Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Capsa AI, the AI operating system for private capital, as a Sales Development Representative in London. You will work closely with enterprise Account Executives and the CRO to build a qualified pipeline of top private‑capital firms, leveraging your industry knowledge and AI‑driven outreach techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through cold outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
• Partner with an AE to develop account strategy, multi‑threading and sequencing.
• Run discovery calls, qualify prospects rigorously and set up clean hand‑offs for the AE.
• Utilise AI tools for research, personalisation, outreach and follow‑up to amplify productivity.
• Provide feedback to the GTM team on market signals, segment performance and messaging effectiveness.
• Demonstrate strong execution to earn a full‑cycle AE seat based on performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of over‑achievement in SDR/BDR or related sales roles, preferably in software, data, research or technology targeting private capital.
• Experience inside a PE firm or strong knowledge of private‑capital decision‑making processes.
• Excellent academic background, typically a Bachelor’s or Master’s from a top university.
• Deep industry insight with the ability to discuss PE trends, AI impact and market dynamics.
• Existing network of contacts within target private‑capital firms that can be activated immediately.
• Low ego, high ownership mindset with resilience and a bias for action in a fast‑paced startup environment.
