Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Searchable is building the future of AI‑powered search visibility and needs an experienced Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads and drive outbound prospecting across enterprise and mid‑market accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt, qualify, and pass the best opportunities to the GTM team, filling the pipeline with high‑value deals.
• Work closely with the SDR Lead to devise and execute a top‑of‑funnel strategy.
• Own the full outreach journey—from cold outreach to booked meetings—using email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Develop and test multi‑channel sequences, applying consistent qualification frameworks.
• Partner with marketing on cohort campaigns, webinars and ICP targeting initiatives.
• Track performance data, iterate quickly, and report directly to the SDR Lead.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, high‑agency individual who runs toward targets and thrives on high KPIs.
• Natural problem‑solver who sells to pain, not features, and leads with value in every interaction.
• Experienced in conversations with VPs or C‑suite executives.
• System‑thinking mindset with the ability to understand and improve processes.
• Energetic, idea‑driven and capable of influencing multiple channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience using sequencing platforms for outbound outreach.
• Ability to analyse sales data and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.
