Sales Director B2B Exhibitions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead B2B exhibition sales for a leading UK events organiser. The role focuses on selling exhibition space, sponsorship, and related content products such as newsletters, thought‑leadership pieces and whitepapers across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team in acquiring exhibition space and sponsorship deals.
• Generate new business and manage existing accounts to maximise revenue.
• Engage with C‑suite stakeholders to understand their objectives and tailor solutions.
• Promote and sell ancillary products including newsletters, thought‑leadership content and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of multi‑product events.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of proven sales experience within B2B exhibitions or conference environments.
• Demonstrated ability to close high‑value deals and manage key accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Base salary £65,000‑£70,000 per annum plus uncapped OTE up to £110,000.
