Sales Director – Fire & Security

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Fire and Security sales team in the East Midlands. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee three sales managers and drive growth across fire alarm, fire safety and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three sales managers and their respective sales representatives.
• Define and execute sales strategies for fire alarm, fire safety and security installations.
• Manage key accounts and, if desired, contribute to personal sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, forecast revenue and report to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (NSI, BAFE, FIA, SSAIB) and maintain strong relationships with certification bodies.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience managing fire‑alarm or security sales teams, preferably within an NSI/BAFE/FIA/SSAIB‑approved company.
• Track record of achieving sales targets at a senior level.
• Ability to work from the East Midlands (Long Eaton) or relocate.
