Sales Engineer - Fleet Management Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Engineer for Crown's InfoLink fleet management solutions, you will strengthen the UK & Northern Europe sales team, supporting customers with complex fleet management applications and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development – identify market opportunities, expand the InfoLink strategic growth area and drive long‑term customer satisfaction.
• Sales – manage the full sales process for InfoLink solutions, provide expert consultation and develop customised fleet management concepts.
• Sales Enablement – create and deliver training programmes and workshops to support the sales team with advanced fleet management technology.
• Teamwork – collaborate with Crown branches, dealers and the global InfoLink team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

• Background – degree in engineering or technology with hands‑on experience in IoT, telematics or intralogistics.
• Skills – strong affinity for digital solutions and data‑driven fleet management; fluent in English and Scandinavian languages.
• Personality – structured, independent, enjoys engaging decision‑makers and turning complex technology into practical business solutions.
• Passion – thrives in customer‑facing environments, regularly visits sites and provides on‑site support.
