Sales Engineer (Remote, UK Territory)

About the role

Multi-Wing is seeking a technically‑savvy Sales Engineer to grow its UK customer portfolio. The role is fully remote with frequent on‑site visits to OEM customers, combining technical expertise with commercial drive to deliver advanced airflow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and manage sales activities across the UK territory.
• Promote Multi‑Wing’s axial fan solutions using technical knowledge and market insight.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic sales initiatives.
• Build long‑term partnerships with key OEM customers through regular visits and advisory support.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, prepare quotes, and contribute to sales forecasts and market analyses.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and solve customer challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
• Background in Off‑Highway, HVAC&R, fan systems, or OEM industries is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UK (approximately 40–60%).
