Sales Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Estimator to cover a regional patch across the South West of England and South Wales, based in Bristol. You will meet pre‑booked customers, measure project requirements and provide accurate quotations, then guide the sale through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled appointments with residential and construction customers across Bristol, Gloucester, Cardiff, Taunton and Swindon.
• Accurately measure sites and produce detailed quotes for home improvement projects such as windows and kitchens.
• Follow up quotations, negotiate and close sales, securing commissions on each successful deal.
• Communicate order details to manufacturing and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical point‑of‑contact support throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven B2C sales experience, preferably within home improvement or related sectors.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned regional patch.

What we offer

• Base salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with OTE £45,000‑£55,000.
