Sales Executive & Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Administrator to join a thriving company in Crayford. The role combines sales activities with administrative support, ensuring quotations, contracts and supplier relationships are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for repair works, ensuring competitive pricing and timely submission.
• Proactively follow up with suppliers to obtain parts and material quotes.
• Manage, negotiate and secure contract renewals within the existing customer portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare tender submissions, checking for accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide operational and administrative cover for the Service Team during absences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure quotations and contracts are viable and delivered efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar sales or administrative role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
