Sales Executive – Automotive Showroom (Bodmin)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused Sales Executive to join a busy automotive showroom in Bodmin. The role involves guiding customers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to handover, while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide expert advice on vehicles, finance options, and accessories.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Support customers through the entire sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Participate in ongoing product and systems training (both in‑person and online).
• Assist wider showroom operations and collaborate effectively with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years retail sales experience (essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and well‑presented at all times.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
