Sales Executive – Automotive/Trade Sales

About the role

We are seeking two ambitious Sales Executives to join our fast‑growing automotive and trade sales team in Caterham. The role combines new‑business hunting with account management, offering a clear path to a £50k+ OTE through a competitive base salary and commission.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and activate new trade partners across electrical wholesalers, builders’ merchants and contractors.
• Drive product sales through distribution channels and use warm leads to build a robust pipeline.
• Grow existing accounts, increase revenue and support partners with promotions, incentives and product adoption.
• Maintain a daily activity target of 60 calls and manage relationships using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in trade, distribution or channel sales (automotive experience desirable).
• Confident selling to electrical wholesalers, builders’ merchants or contractors.
• Commercially astute, target‑driven and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, CRM‑savvy and preferably holder of a driver’s licence with own transport.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience.
