Sales Executive – B2B Fuel Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an energetic B2B Sales Executive to drive growth for our commercial fuel solutions. You will generate new business, engage prospects and present tailored offers in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential business customers via outbound calls using a supplied database.
• Manage inbound enquiries, providing accurate information on pricing, product options and service benefits.
• Deliver structured, persuasive sales conversations using approved messaging.
• Identify customer requirements through effective questioning and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activity and account information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales or telesales (B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident in handling objections and closing opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when updating CRM systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
