About the role
RSM Fuel Cards is launching a new division and is looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to help build the business from the ground up. You will work closely with leadership to acquire new customers, nurture relationships and establish the brand in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and lead generation activities.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio, maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Conduct fuel usage and business reviews to maximise customer value.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long‑term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B.
- Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

What we offer
- Salary range £22,000 – £27,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission structure and profit‑share scheme.
