Sales Executive – Fuel Cards

About the role

RSM Fuel Cards, a new division of the RSM Group, is launching its fuel card offering and is looking for a driven Sales Executive to help build the business from the ground up. Based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, you will join a small, ambitious team and work closely with leadership to win new customers and shape the sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls and proactive lead generation.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio, maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Conduct fuel‑usage and business reviews to maximise customer value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long‑term relationships.
• Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred but not essential).
• Self‑motivated mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
