Sales Executive (Inbound)

About the role

This is a full‑time inbound sales position based in Shefford. You will respond to warm, bespoke quote requests received via the website, email, phone and WhatsApp, turning interested leads into confirmed orders without any cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Convert incoming customer enquiries into formal quotes and sales orders.
• Follow up on open quotes through phone, email and WhatsApp to secure the sale.
• Learn product pricing structures and negotiate confidently with customers.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or administration with order‑processing exposure.
• Highly organised multitasker with strong time‑management abilities.
• Driven, competitive work ethic and a desire to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email and WhatsApp.
