Sales Executive – ITSM/MSP (Hybrid, Reading)

About the role

Join a global market leader as a Sales Executive focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. This permanent, hybrid position based in Reading offers a blend of new‑business development and account management, allowing you to own the full sales lifecycle while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new logo customers through outbound activities, campaigns and partner networks.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to close and handover to delivery teams.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on ITSM improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast against targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling IT Service Management solutions or experience within an MSP.
• Background in B2B sales with success in both new‑business acquisition and account development.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation and relationship skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive high‑value deals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
• Familiarity with SIAM concepts.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year plus OTE up to £100,000.
