Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales Executive with Hill Group, you will be the front‑line representative for our new‑home developments, guiding customers from their first enquiry through to key handover. The role combines commercial drive with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for reservations, exchanges and completions.
• Qualify leads, assess customer affordability and follow up enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records using Sales Seek, YourKeys and other CRM tools.
• Guide buyers through the Hill Customer Journey from enquiry to handover.
• Promote recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to support exchanges.
• Manage contracts, reservation paperwork and AML compliance.
• Coordinate with construction and site teams to ensure homes are ready for completion.
• Conduct home demonstrations, key handovers and support site launches and marketing events.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitor schemes.

Required profile

• Experience in new‑home or property sales.
• Understanding of conveyancing processes and mortgage milestones.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, proactive attitude aligned with Hill’s values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sales Seek.
• Proficiency with YourKeys.
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
