Sales Executive

About the role

Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing team in Leigh. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, quoting prices and supporting day‑to‑day sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Quote customers, advise on stock levels and suggest product ideas.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers and handle inbound enquiries.
• Manage daily email correspondence and keep internal systems up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with suppliers by phone and email to obtain product and pricing information.
• Resolve order issues by coordinating with internal and external contacts.
• Analyse spreadsheets to monitor customer spend and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong IT and administrative abilities.
• Confident telephone manner and excellent written/numerical communication.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous office experience is essential.
• Organised, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and data entry.
