Sales Executive

About the role

We are recruiting for an Internal Salesperson to join a fast‑growing organisation operating across Scotland, England and Ireland. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will support the company’s expansion in the UK and Irish markets from our Troon office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with an established customer base, generating repeat and new business via telephone sales.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to meet agreed targets and objectives.
• Process orders using the company ERP system and record accurate market and customer data in the CRM system.
• Liaise with the production department to coordinate customer requirements.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide general day‑to‑day office administration support.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to travel to other sites when required.
• A third‑level qualification and/or a minimum of two years’ sales experience is advantageous.
