Sales Executive – Lead Generator (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join a well‑established B2B service provider in Chandler's Ford. This is a consultative, office‑based position focused on generating high‑quality leads for the internal sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision‑makers.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial contact to lead hand‑over.
• Track call outcomes, schedule follow‑ups and nurture relationships to convert leads into long‑term clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, especially in data entry and record keeping.
