Sales Executive – Luxury Automotive

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will guide customers through the selection of new or pre‑owned Porsche vehicles that match their lifestyle. You will deliver professional advice, manage enquiries and ordering processes, and build lasting relationships to ensure total satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, financing options and conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers from initial contact through to handover, negotiating price and terms to meet centre targets.
• Generate new leads via networking, referrals and database mining, and keep the CRM database accurate.
• Maintain post‑sale contact to ensure satisfaction and encourage long‑term ownership.
• Stay up‑to‑date with automotive trends, models and technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 with a full driver’s licence held for at least two years.
• Previous experience in automotive or retail sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership tools.
• Basic understanding of financing and leasing options is desirable.

• On‑target earnings of £70,000 in the first year with a base salary of £27,716.
