About the role

Join a leading automotive group as a Sales Executive for MINI in Brighton. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering memorable experiences to customers while driving sales of new and used vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire purchase journey, from welcome to negotiation and hand‑over.
• Prospect new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and keep a comprehensive enquiry database.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through manufacturer‑led training.
• Recommend suitable add‑on products that match customer needs.
• Utilise the customer enquiry management system for accurate tracking and follow‑up.
• Provide outstanding service that builds loyalty and generates referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑service role with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Enthusiastic, energetic approach to delivering first‑class customer service.
• Genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to team success.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
