Sales Executive – Private Site Field Fundraiser

About the role

Charity Link is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join its private‑site field fundraising team. You will represent some of the UK’s most respected charities, meeting members of the public and encouraging regular donations or sponsorships.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage members of the public at designated sites.
• Explain the mission of partner charities and secure recurring donations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations using the company’s systems.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
• Participate in regular training and performance reviews.

• Confident, optimistic and resilient personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Commitment to ethical fundraising practices.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Basic numeracy for handling donation amounts.
