Sales Executive – Select/Geely

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a permanent Sales Executive to join the Select/Geely dealership in Sunderland. You will be the primary point of contact for customers buying a new car, ensuring a first‑class experience from arrival to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face, understand their needs and guide them through the car‑buying journey.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, finance options and promotional offers.
• Maintain a flexible working pattern, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive customer service or car sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
