Sales Executive – Telecommunications

About the role

Join Better’s Bournemouth office as a Sales Executive and become the first point of contact for prospective telecom customers. You will generate qualified leads, set appointments for the field sales team, and help drive revenue growth in a high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified prospects using provided data.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly to spark interest.
• Gather information on prospect needs, budget, and decision‑making process.
• Assess qualification against defined criteria and record outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up via calls or emails to nurture leads that need additional engagement.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs and stay up‑to‑date on product offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales or outbound calling.
• Confident communicator able to engage senior decision‑makers quickly.
• Resilient, positive mindset and comfortable handling rejection.
• Target‑driven with a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated by earning potential and incentives.
