Sales Executive – Waste Management Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join Grundon’s waste‑management team in Colnbrook. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, building relationships with new and existing customers and delivering sustainable waste‑handling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, site visits and networking.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts within an assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Record all enquiries and activities in the CRM system and follow up promptly.
• Drive sales growth by upselling and promoting value‑added services.
• Perform regular courtesy visits to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
• Submit monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager and ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
