Sales Executive - Young Driver Insurance

About the role

MyFirst Insurance, a provider specialising in young driver insurance, is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to join its team. The role involves finding the best insurance deals for first-time drivers, working with warm leads only and earning mainly from bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Find the best insurance deals for first-time drivers so they get the best value.
• Meet personal and team targets, which come with rewards and incentives.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and know your stuff about insurance.
• Build strong relationships with your customers.

Required profile

• A go-getter with a positive attitude and lots of energy.
• Loves talking to people and is not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Motivated, enjoys working towards targets and earning commission.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, though eager learners are welcome.
• Ideally you would own a car and hold a driving licence.

What we offer

• Starting salary of £23,000, rising to £28,000 after hitting target three weeks in a row.
