Sales Host

About the role

Everlast Gyms is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Host to deliver exceptional experiences to prospects, members and guests. You will act as the front‑line ambassador, turning every interaction into a sales and retention opportunity while supporting the overall success of the club.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored gym tours and convert enquiries into memberships through confident objection handling and needs‑based selling.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend on food & beverage, retail and fitness products.
• Support member retention by building strong relationships, identifying at‑risk members and recommending relevant services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and club KPIs consistently.
• Serve as a key holder when required, ensuring smooth opening, closing and shift coverage.
• Learn and use the club’s membership software and other systems.
• Promote fitness challenges, class concepts and weekly initiatives to boost engagement.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and gym floor presentation.
• Assist the Head Coach with gym resets and ad‑hoc fitness tasks.

• Outgoing, confident and positive mindset.
• Strong administrative competence.
• Driven, ambitious and eager to learn.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Passionate about fitness, sales and customer service.
