Sales Ledger Assistant – Hybrid (Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join a busy accounts receivable team in the Emersons Green area of Bristol. The role is hybrid, with two days on‑site and three days remote, and starts on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract that may become permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and process invoices for suppliers promptly and accurately.
• Perform reconciliation tasks and resolve invoicing issues.
• Gather and transfer data across multiple finance systems.
• Maintain high attention to detail while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support the finance team with administrative duties and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
• Ability to ask questions and troubleshoot problems independently.
• Good administration and multitasking abilities.
