About the role
We are seeking a sales professional with a background in precision engineering or aerospace to join a leading specialist manufacturer. The role offers a competitive, uncapped earning potential and the chance to work across the UK and, when required, Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own customer base and develop new business through phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK and support occasional European visits.
- Work closely with the director to acquire product and industry knowledge, and maintain an organised diary.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience within aerospace or precision engineering.
- Willingness to learn, develop and travel as needed.
- Valid UK work permit and no criminal record.
What we offer
- Salary £36,000‑£42,000 plus OTE bonus £55,000‑£65,000.
