Sales Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Toyota dealership team in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will drive the sales process, motivate a growing sales force, and ensure an industry‑leading customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles while adhering to financial guidelines.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on products.
• Oversee customer queries and complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Manage the sales funnel, deal building, closing, and vehicle preparation.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, sales forecasts and robust customer data in line with FCA obligations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in automotive sales management or a comparable retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPI targets while delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Motivated, hands‑on approach with a passion for the automotive brand.
