Sales Manager – Commercial Property & Fit‑Out

About the role

JMF Associates is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial revenue growth for office refurbishment, CAT A/CAT B fit‑outs and workspace transformation projects. Based in the City of London, you will join a high‑growth team and own the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial end‑users planning relocations or workplace upgrades.
• Build and nurture networks with real‑estate agents, landlords, architects and designers.
• Attend industry events to map upcoming developments and generate leads.
• Manage the complete corporate sales cycle, coordinating with internal designers and estimators to produce competitive tenders.
• Present technical design proposals and commercial quotations to decision‑makers.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact throughout bidding, contract negotiation and project handover.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to assess project viability, margins and profitability.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity reporting in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of proven sales success in commercial fit‑out or refurbishment.
• Deep understanding of workspace design, furniture systems and building processes.
• Strong commercial acumen around CAT A, CAT B and interior construction margins.
• Existing network of key stakeholders, designers and architects.
• Master‑level negotiation skills and exceptional presentation ability.
• Highly organised approach to managing complex bid structures and deadlines.

Required skills

• CRM (experience maintaining pipelines and activity reporting).

What we offer

• Base salary £55,000‑£70,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (approximately 3 % of contract value).
