Sales Manager – Contract Services

About the role

Office Angels is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead contract‑services sales across cleaning, maintenance, prefabricated modules, access‑control systems and refurbishments. The role is permanent, full‑time and based in Blackpool, supporting both public and private sector clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver professional quotations using the company’s CRM, ID and ERP systems.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet financial targets.
• Manage the tender process, maintain a tender library and involve team members as required.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and new corporate sales initiatives.
• Communicate performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend risk mitigation actions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and generate new prospect leads.
• Travel to client sites and project locations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within contract services or facilities management.
• Strong ability to build long‑term client relationships and expand existing contracts.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems for quotation and pipeline management.
• Experience managing tender processes and maintaining compliance with ISO and 45001 standards.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
