Sales Manager – Corporate Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead corporate hospitality sales for a well‑established hotel. The role focuses on driving bookings for conferences, meetings and exhibitions while raising the hotel’s profile with corporate clients at local, regional and national levels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate business for conferences, meetings and exhibitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agents and event organisers.
• Develop targeted sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct show rounds, client appointments and networking activities.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Current Sales Manager experience within a hotel, venue or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of winning corporate business.
• Commercially minded and highly organised, with a strong focus on targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
