Sales Manager – Home Improvement

About the role

Join the UK’s leading home improvement business as a Sales Manager, leading a local team of self‑employed sales professionals. You’ll benefit from hybrid working, industry‑leading training and coaching, and a realistic OTE based on qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of self‑employed Sales Executives.
• Recruit additional self‑employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents and Area Marketing Leaders.
• Provide training, coaching and development in line with company standards.
• Encourage the team to generate their own leads while managing inbound leads.
• Ensure finance presentations comply with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet business plans, sales targets, pricing and profit margins.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a record of exceeding targets.
• Ideally experience in home improvements or a similar sector.
• Experience recruiting self‑employed sales professionals.
• Highly motivated with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience with remote sales meetings.
