Sales Manager – Home Installation Centre

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to run a small home‑installation sales centre in Watford. You will oversee daily branch operations, handle customer enquiries, process orders and schedule installations while leading a team of four staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of four staff members.
• Handle enquiries and sell doors and related products.
• Respond to emails and telephone enquiries from customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• Interact with customers face‑to‑face and schedule installations.
• Process orders, check delivery notes and verify quantities of goods.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting, including moving garage doors.

Required profile

• Supervisory, sales and administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Leadership and team‑working abilities.
• Effective time‑management and workload handling.
• Attention to detail and IT literacy.
