Sales Manager – Insulation Products (UK)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the UK distributor and merchant channels for a leading European insulation manufacturer. You will report directly to the UK Managing Director and play a pivotal role in expanding market share across the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales through national, regional and independent distributors.
• Maintain and strengthen distributor and merchant relationships.
• Deliver product training, technical support and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with partners on pricing, margins, promotions and stock profiles.
• Drive product awareness and generate demand.
• Promote the wider group portfolio, including HVAC and marine products.
• Monitor performance, market feedback and competitor activity.
• Provide forecasting and sales reporting.
• Build and maintain an effective network of contacts at all organisational levels.
• Analyse new or emerging markets within the sector.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to optimise selling potential and retain the existing portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing distributors and merchant channels.
• Strong knowledge of insulation products and markets.
• Technically astute and comfortable managing a UK‑wide territory.
• Excellent account‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented with a positive outlook.
